Delivering Success Through Our Proven Construction Process

We have found that our staged approach, breaking the management process into individual steps, works well for most builds, refurbishments, and renovations. Through our experience, we have learned to keep it simple, and this framework has been proven successful through many successful projects.

Client brief and communication

We meet with the client to discuss their needs and examine key factors such as parameters, realistic goals, timelines, and procurement pathways. We also consider design approaches to decide on the best course of action.

Pre-Construction

During pre-construction, we focus on tasks necessary for a successful project. This includes conducting site surveys, selecting finishes, creating a finishes schedule, producing CAD drawings, obtaining local authority agreements, and creating a detailed cost plan in tandem with a project program.

Construction

The construction stage is integral, where we collaborate with specialist contractors to complete the project. We monitor progress, liaise with local authorities, appoint and oversee sub-contractors, assess quality standards, control timescales, manage costs, share progress updates, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

Handover

We commit to completing the project to a high standard and ensuring efficient transition and aftercare. We provide As Built drawings, manage warranty issues within the 12-month liability period, and ensure a smooth transition into property management services or other service providers as needed.
