Mehta Nivasaa is designed to embody a homely feeling while showcasing modern architecture. Spanning 6674 sq ft, this residence reflects the client’s taste and lifestyle through contemporary elements and details. Earthy hues dominate the interiors and enhance the living space. The exterior is designed to let in optimal ventilation and natural light, creating a relaxing environment. Small plants adorn the entrance and balcony to provide serene corners.

The Panjab House features a striking first-floor mass overhanging the ground floor. Spanning 6000 sq ft, it includes three bedrooms, common spaces, and an entertainment room. A double-height dining area forms the home’s heart, surrounded by an open floor plan with glass partitions. The master suite boasts expansive living and bath spaces, with private balconies for each room. Exterior materials like travertine stone, corten steel, and wooden screens create dynamic light effects. Interiors blend metal and wood, softened by lighter fabrics, seamlessly integrating with the exterior design.

White Wedge House is a modern urban property on a 9350 sq ft. plot. With an elegant colour palette, this two-floor contemporary home combines luxury and simplicity. The ground floor features a family centric layout with a dining room, kitchen, lobby, seating area, and master bedroom centred around a garden view. The first floor includes four bedrooms, a study, and a lounge area. The contemporary entrance, abundant natural light, and locally crafted art pieces create a serene and welcoming atmosphere.

Millennials today desire a space that fulfils their requirements, not only one
that looks and feels pleasant. A bed and comfortable seating areas, study
zones, storage solutions and arrangements to house game consoles – these
are all must-haves. And gender roles no longer dictate the colour of a room;
we have shifted away from old-fashioned gender biases towards more
calming neutral hues which offer greater freedom in design. An individualised
bedroom customised to bring a child's vision of an ideal sleeping space to life!

The experienced designers of Anamorphic & Co. transformed this
space with incredible results that could not have been achieved
through DIY projects. We incorporated our knowledge in colour
theory, furniture design, placement, lighting and other interior
design facets to produce a cosy, appealing space.
At Anamorphic & Co., we began by gaining an insight into the
client’s wants and requirements. A site survey was then conducted
for further analysis. Mood boards were shared with the client to
offer them a choice of solutions and subsequent 3D renders were
devised to give them a realistic view of the end result. We
managed the whole process from concept to installation.
