Reema has taken on a role that is unheard of in the construction industry, one where women are generally not seen. Through her hard work and dedication, she has become highly competent in the design, management and building of commercial and residential properties including big-scale luxury houses. Her curiosity about the trade often brings her to the site for a hands-on approach.
She knows the necessary requirements of the three pillars of the business – building, architecture and interior design – from her experience, not from studying. This makes her an invaluable part of the company that can’t be done without.

AKASH LOHIA - Head of Construction

Akash Lohia learned the fundamentals of construction from his father early in life. After completing his MBA in Finance and amassing two decades as an entrepreneur in IT, Umbrella services and Bollywood hiring, Anamorphic & Co. presented him with another stimulating challenge: that of entering the construction industry. Under the tutelage of their Mentor and founder Reema Chadha, Akash has persevered to propel Anamorphic & Co. to its next level. With a determination to solve any issue and lead his team forward, he is driven by a vision for success.

VANDANA LOHIA - Supply Chain and Partners

Since the early days of Anamorphic & Co., Vandana Lohia has been vital to their growth and expansion in her position as supply chain manager. She is a go-to specialist for the company when it comes to purchasing and procurement, leveraging her negotiating skills when dealing with suppliers. Her diligence in developing processes, reducing costs, setting up thorough sourcing, purchasing and inventory control protocols and ensuring everything sticks to the timeline have made immense contributions towards the brand’s success and the satisfaction of its customers.

Sharad is a creative and passionate individual began his journey in design and construction from an early age as part of a family business. After relocating to the UK this innovator’s artistic flair flourished, leading him to excel at creating art pieces, designing impressive events and combining IT skills with smart tech experience when transforming any space- adding personality alongside functionality and modern 3D technologies for high profile clients worldwide. As an interior designer who had a good fortune of being raised by an interior designer mother made her dive in the world of design at a very young age and developed a deep passion for crafting spaces that are not only beautiful but also designed to improve functionality and comfort. She strikes the perfect balance between the art behind the design and client’s brief in turn creating the space that truly feels Home. She has honed her skill in spatial planning, colour psychology, Material curation and project management.
